Core Services

Our Core provides dedicated, high-touch support for essential lifestyle and property management needs. In Phase One, our services are offered exclusively within the New York City metro area, allowing us to deliver unmatched responsiveness and local expertise.

  • Personal Schedule & Calendar Management – Oversight of one individual’s appointments, commitments, and priorities.

  • Primary Residence Administration – Full management of one property, including upkeep coordination, vendor management, and issue resolution

  • Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

Enhancements (Add-Ons)

Expand your Core tier with tailored upgrades to meet evolving needs:

  • Extended Household Coverage – Inclusion of a spouse or partner’s calendar living and scheduling management.

  • Multi-Property Oversight – Administration of additional residences or vacation homes.

  • Extended Availability – Service hours expanded to up to 12 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

We are introducing a true 24/7 service tier, ensuring immediate response and global coverage at any hour of the day or night. We will also introduce dedicated local-time-zone support in additional cities, delivering the same high standard of responsiveness and local expertise to clients nationwide.

  1. What are the expected response and resolution times?

    • Services that need immediate assistance: We strive for immediate resolution, with less than 30-minute resolution time
      Eg. Food deliveries, same-day emergency assistance needs

    • Routine/ non-emergency Services - We strive for same-day resolution and less than 24-hour resolution time
      Eg. House maintenance requests, scheduling appointments

  2. What is the cancellation policy?

  • We offer a no-questions-asked cancellation policy under the following terms:

    1. Client-Initiated Cancellation:

      • The Agreement may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current month.

      • If cancellation occurs within the first three (3) months of engagement, a one-month onboarding fee will apply.

      • If cancellation occurs after the initial three (3) months, no cancellation fee will be charged.

    2. Service Provider-Initiated Cancellation:

      • The Service Provider reserves the right to cancel the Agreement at any time, for any reason. In such an event, any fees paid for the current month will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
